Welcome to Night Line Limo. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment or deposit requirements have been satisfied. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger counts, and contact information.

2. Payment

A valid payment method may be required to secure a reservation. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, extended service, cleaning, damage, tolls, parking, or other services not included in the original reservation.

3. Cancellation and Changes

Customers may request changes or cancellations to their reservation. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Specific cancellation terms provided during booking will control if they differ from these general terms.

4. Pickup and Waiting Time

Customers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time. Waiting-time charges may apply when a vehicle is required to wait beyond the included grace period. For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information when requested.

5. Customer Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all applicable laws. Night Line Limo reserves the right to end a trip without refund if a passenger engages in threatening, abusive, dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

6. Damage and Cleaning

Customers may be charged for damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning required as a result of passenger actions. This may include spills, stains, broken equipment, or other property damage.

7. Prohibited Activities

Illegal drugs, weapons, and other prohibited items are not permitted in our vehicles. Smoking or vaping may be prohibited inside vehicles. Customers may be responsible for any resulting cleaning, repair, or damage charges.

8. Service Delays and Vehicle Substitution

Night Line Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation as scheduled. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, accidents, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When necessary, Night Line Limo may provide a comparable replacement vehicle.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Night Line Limo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, missed flights, missed events, traffic conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
